Nice tries Kea! Why do you think the wedding was set in England?
'Traditionally' the wedding ceremony takes place in the parish-church of the bride, so it shouldn't be too far from the Bourbaki residence at the time (see also the line 'After the congruence, Monsieur and Madame Bourbaki will receive guests in their Fundamental Domain'). I have no evidence to place the Bourbakis in England in 1939, do you?
Besides, does the Tally-Ho pub contain an organ? Good story though.
I must admit Ive changed my mind about the location al least 6 times over the last week but things are slowly converging now, just 2 good candidates left. Hope to get some confirmation from Bourbaki-experts before going public with it. Maybe later this week.
